Custom Build Deposit Policy — All builds require a 50% non-refundable deposit on parts prior to ordering components. This protects both parties once parts are purchased. Labour is billed on completion. Parts are sourced at cost — no markup.

I've been diagnosing and fixing computers, networks, and electronics since 2011. What started as a passion for taking things apart and figuring out how they work turned into over a decade of hands-on experience across everything from virus-ridden laptops to full custom PC builds and business network installs.

I hold a CompTIA A+ certification — the industry standard for computer hardware and software technicians — and I've spent years sharpening my skills the way most good tech people do: by actually doing the work.
